Boy Scout Aviation Merit Badge Program

Registration: $10.00 per scout.
Note: Minimum group size is 20, with a maximum of 30 scouts for this program. Adult chaperones are counted separately.
Program Overview:
This four-hour program (plus a one-hour tour) will provide aviation experiences for qualifying participants to receive the Boy Scout Application for Merit Badge endorsed by one of EAA’s Aviation Merit Badge Counselors. Each presentation at the EAA AirVenture Museum offers experiences and activities that will accomplish the following Merit Badge requirements:
- All of Requirement One
- D & E of Requirement Two
- B of Requirement Three
- C of Requirement Four
Flight Lunch Option:
Enjoy a 30-minute “Flight Lunch” at the EAA AirVenture Museum before your Merit Badge Program starts for only $6.00. Flight Lunches must be ordered and paid in advance by credit card no less than 5 days before your visit. Call Mary McKeown at 920-426-6880 to order.
Extended Stay Options: (Open to groups of 20-30 scouts)
Extended Stay Activities include:
- Formation Flight
- KidVenture
- Houston We May Have an Omelet
- Movie
- Youth Overnight in Museum (12:00/Noon - 8 AM)
(Admission, Program, supper, breakfast, 1 night in Museum-participants must provide their own sleeping bags)
$25-each youth, $10 chaperone
- Youth Overnight- 1 night in Lodge (5 PM – 8 AM)
(Admission, Program, supper, breakfast, 1 night in bunk-bedding provided)
$40-youth, $34 chaperone
- Youth Overnight-2 nights in lodge (5 PM Day 1-8 AM Day 3)
(Admission. Program, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 suppers, 2 nights in bunk-bedding provided)
$90-youth, $65 chaperone
